Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Maestro Moving, operated by MAESTRO MOVING & STORAGE LLC (“we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through maestromoving.com and through the phone number and email address published on it.

What we collect

If you request a survey, build a move plan or contact us, we collect the details you send: your name, phone number and, on the move planner, your email address; pickup and delivery details, dates, belongings, quantities, dimensions, packing, access and storage needs. We also save the contact permissions you select. Your private move area holds the plan, estimate revisions, messages, requested changes and any estimate or terms approvals you make. This site does not collect card payments.

What this site does in your browser

Your browser keeps a draft plan and private access key in this tab’s session storage so you can continue the request. The private link grants access to your move: keep it private and share it only with people you trust. Session storage also keeps the original campaign, referring page, advertising click identifiers, landing-page variant and a limited record of page interactions. When you choose to send a request, relevant visit context accompanies it to help the team understand the inquiry. It is separate from optional Google Analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics measures public-page visits and interactions only after you allow it. It may use analytics cookies and receive technical browser information, page paths and events such as a saved estimate request. We do not send your name, email, phone number, inventory, messages or private access key as analytics event parameters. Advertising storage and personalized advertising signals remain disabled in our site settings. An estimate request is not reported as a booked move.

Google Analytics does not run in the private move area. You can decline without affecting the planner, estimate review or contact options. Change your choice for this browser below.

Hosting and performance information

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and provides aggregate performance statistics. Those hosting services may process technical request information independently of your Google Analytics choice. Declining Google Analytics does not turn off hosting, security or aggregate provider statistics. Fonts are served from this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and coordinate the survey or move details with you.
• To prepare your written estimate and, if you engage us, to perform the move or storage services.
• To keep the records Florida moving regulations require us to keep.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with service providers working on our behalf (for example, scheduling and customer-record systems), with your building’s management when the move requires it (crew rosters for security check-in, certificates of insurance), and where the law requires disclosure.

Text messages

Text-message permission is separate from requesting an estimate or allowing analytics. The move planner does not opt you into SMS. Where a survey form offers an unchecked SMS box, we record your choice. The full terms, including how to stop at any time, are in our SMS terms. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request, and engagement records for as long as Florida moving regulations and ordinary business-records law require. Contact us about retention or a deletion request; any required recordkeeping is considered when we respond.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. We will not apply a material change to information collected earlier without telling you.
