Sealed at your residence
Vaults are packed in your hallway, piece by piece, in front of you. When the last piece goes in, the seal goes on. It is numbered, logged, and photographed before the vault leaves your floor.
An inventory you sign
Every item is listed as it's packed. You read the inventory and sign it before anything moves, and your copy stays with you.
Held, still sealed
The sealed vaults are held in a Fort Lauderdale-area warehouse. What closed at your door is what stands in the row. The vault is handled as one sealed unit, so its contents aren't.
Opened for your delivery
When your date arrives, the vaults come back and the seals come off at your residence. The inventory you signed is the checklist the delivery closes against.

Start with the expected number of days. Moves from or within Florida qualify for up to 14 free days in our Florida warehouse. A longer stay needs a confirmed rate, and handling and redelivery are reviewed separately. This is not a self-storage unit: there’s no roll-up door and no key of your own. If you expect to visit your things every week, tell us at the survey. A different arrangement may serve you better. And for anything longer than a season, the right term is a conversation, not a checkbox.

A precise number requires a look.
Ask about a storage survey. Your consultant reviews the packing, warehouse space, handling and term together. Storage in other states is available by arrangement; the Florida warehouse allowance does not make it free.
Your proposal separates any eligible free warehouse days from paid storage, handling and delivery services. The inventory and exact dates determine what needs pricing.
Questions, answered plainly
Does my move include any free storage?
Moves departing Florida or taking place within Florida qualify for up to 14 free days in our Florida warehouse. Record the exact days and select the company warehouse in Florida in your private move plan. Your consultant confirms space and dates before booking.
What happens after 14 days, and what about handling?
Any storage beyond the included days needs a confirmed rate. Loading, unloading, warehouse handling and redelivery are reviewed separately; they are not automatically included in the free storage allowance. Your proposal records the services and charges agreed for your move.
Can Maestro arrange storage outside Florida?
Yes, discuss the state, inventory and dates with your consultant. Storage in other states is available by arrangement and is not covered by the Florida warehouse free allowance. A move into Florida from another state does not automatically qualify for that allowance either.
Where can I follow my storage plan and proposal?
Save the private move link shown after you submit your inventory. Your customer area holds the move details, estimate revisions, storage request and conversation with the team. Changes are sent for review before a revised proposal is issued.
How does vaulted storage work?
Your belongings are packed into wooden vaults at your residence, itemized on an inventory you sign, and sealed before they leave the building. The vaults stay sealed until the day we deliver them back to you.
Can I access my belongings while they're in storage?
Raise it at your storage survey. Vaulted storage isn't a self-storage unit with a key, and vaults stay sealed. So if you expect to need certain things mid-term, tell us and we'll plan the term around it.

How long can I keep items in vaulted storage?
Vaulted storage is built for a month or a renovation season. For anything longer, we'll talk through the right term during your survey.
